I'm not sure how that will work with doing a repair install - as I think that is just for doing a clean install of Windows. I've read that you can use some software to put an ISO file onto the USB stick instead. I have formatted both of the sticks to FAT32 - there is absolutely nothing on them and yet the tools still won't accept them.
